Uzun zamandır süt pembesi diye tabir ettiğim pembe dokunuşlu beyaz oje peşindeydim. Maalesef belki de ülkemizde bu tonda pek de oje yok, olanların da tonunu, performansını veya fiyatını beğenmeyip burun kıvırdım uzun süre boyunca.
Bu ton arayışında yolum tabii Essie Fiji'den geçti. Fakat çizgi çizgi durma problemi beni fiyat performans oranı hakkında düşündürdüğünden es geçmeye karar verdim tonunu çok sevmiş olsam da.
Benzer bir tonu bulamayıp, almaya karar verdiğimde ise kendisini bulamaz olmuştum. Bunun hüznüyle yaşamayı kabullenmeye çalışırken, geçtiğimiz hafta Watson's Revlon standında gözüme güzeller güzeli renkte bir oje çarptı. İşte orada karşımda duruyordu.
Revlon Gel Envy, 020 All or Nothing adında, süt pembesi (bu ismi ben uydurdum, evet!) Eve döndüğümde benimleydi.
Bu romantik anlatımımdan sonra kendisini objektif olarak inceleyelim.

Rengi çok güzel, tırnaklarda oldukça asil duruyor, 4 mevsim kullanılabilecek bir ton.
Tek kat uygulandığında fransız manikürü için mükemmel bir renk, bu manikür için yeterli opaklıkta.
Jel yapılı ojelerden değil, aslında kremsi, adından da belli olacağı üzere jel olmaya öykünmüş. Bunu da başarıyla gerçekleştiriyor, jel ojeler gibi parlak ve tırnaklarımda durduğu 4 gün boyunca hiç bir matlaşma yaşamadı.
Eğer sürekli ev işi, bulaşık, temizlik yapmıyorsanız veya bunları eldivenle yapıyorsanız tırnaklardan hemencecik çıkmayacak dökülmeyecektir. Ama elinizde tel süngerle dolaşıyorsanız üzgünüm, daha ona dayanıklı oje bulunamadı diyebiliyorum ben. :)
Fırçası oldukça güzel ne incecik ne de çok tombul, ojeyi yayarken taşırma derdi de olmuyor, yayayım diye Melissa P. gibi yüz fırça darbesi atmanıza da gerek kalmıyor.
Essie Fiji rengini oldukça sevdiğim için, çok çok benzer tonlarda olmaları da benim için bir artı. Kendi mukayesemle kalmayıp bu iki rengi google'ladım ve kesinlikle dupe yani muadil ürünler. Kimsenin fark etmemesi çok ilginç.

Oje'nin yapısı krem yapılı ojelerden de jel yapılı ojelerden de farklı bundan ötürü yapıyı anlayıp sürme tekniğinizi geliştirene kadar ilk katta değil fakat ikinci katta dalgalanma problemiyle karşılaşabilirsiniz.
Ben bu problemi nasıl aştım?
İlk katı ince bir kat sürüp, ikinci katı daha kalın olarak sürdüm.Bir diğer önemli ipucu da şu, ojeyi mümkün olduğunca az fırça darbesiyle yaymak, fırçanın yapısı buna izin verdiği için kolaylıkla halledilebilir.
Ev işine dayanıklı bir yapıda değil, o yüzden eldivenle ev işi yapanlardan değilseniz bu ojenin yapısı sizi memnun etmeyebilir.
Son olarak garip bir olaydan bahsedeyim bu oje ateşe maruz kalınca eriyor. Nasıl yani? Sigara kullanıyorsanız ve izmaritine kadar sömürürseniz tabiri caizse, tırnak uçlarındaki ojeler eriyip sünüyor. (Bu da böyle bir anımdır.) Aklınızda bulunsun.
Bana göre ojenin yapısını çözdükten sonra fiyat performans açısından oldukça mantıklı bir aralıkta, işin içine tonunun çok da bulunan bir ton olmadığını katarsak. Özellikle %50'ye varan indirimlere dahil olursa bence denenebilir, hele ki tek katta fransız manikürü için ideal görüntüyü yakalayabilirken.
Fakat ben ojenin yapısını, sürmesini düşünemem, bunlarla uğraşmaktan hoşlanmam diyorsanız, aradığınız ürün bu olmayabilir.
Revlon ürünlerini seçili Watson's şubelerinde bulabilirsiniz. Oje'nin fiyatı indirimsiz 9.90tl diye hatırlıyorum.

For a long time I've been looking for a white nailpolish with a pink hue which I call pinkish white.Unfortunaltely I wasn't be abled to find that particular tone, maybe there's no too many option in my country.
During my research, I tried Essie Fiji, of course! However it was a bit problematic because the consistency was tend to show brush strokes and it made me think about the price performance range, and though I loved the colour, I skipped.
I was trying to move on with this misery, at a drugstore a beautiful coloured nailpolished flashedon my face! There it was, Revlon Gel Envy, 020 All or Nothing, pinkish milky colour (yes, I made up this colour!) Sh came home with me.
Afterwards this romantic tale, let's evaluate this product, objectively!
Pros
The colour is gorgeous, it is such royal on nails, and it can be used all year long, suits every season.
With one coat it is a great tone for a french manicure.
It is not a gel consistency, more on a creamy side but as we can see it envies the idea of being gel one :) and actually it is very successful at it. This nailpolish is shines like a gel ones and for 4 days long it didn't get dull.
Unless you do houseworks constantly, or if you are using gloves during, this nailpolish won't come off or chip from you nails. But if you are tripping around with a scouring pad, sorry ladies scientist haven't invented a nailpolish doesn't come off after a hardcore housework.
The brush is quite nice, it is not thin nor chubby. It is quite handy to spread the nailpolish easily.
For I love the colour of Essie Fiji, the similarity of these nailpolishes is awesome to me. To make sure, I googled these two seperately and they are totally dupe! I am surprised that noone ever noticed this similarity, already.
Cons
The consistency of this product is different from both gel ones and creamy ones, though it is more similar to creme ones. Due to this difference until you develop a techniques to to apply, on the second coat you can face an uneven finish.
How did I solve this problem?
I applied fist coat thinly. After i let it dry nicely, I applied a thicker second coat. Another tip is to spreading the product with the minimum stroke, and because of the structure of the brush it is easy to do.
It is not resistant to housework, if you do not use gloves during you are doing your chores, this nailpolish may not be for you.
Lastly, I want to mention a weird situation, this nailpolish melts when it's exposed to fire. How come? Well, if you are a smoker, and you like to smoke to the filter, the polish at the tip of your nails melt and creep.
According to me afterward you figure out the consistency of this product, it is a very reasonable product on the p/p range. Especially during the discounts! And it is a multifunctional nailpolish if you like having french manicure.
On the other hand, if you are more on the "I can't think about the consistency and applying techniques, I don't have time for that,, I need something more practical" side then you might to skip this one.
